Base Fee Structure
Prices vary depending on the day of the week.

Rental Fee | 5 Hours

  • $700 Monday–Wednesday | $250 for each additional hour

  • $1,200 Thursday–Friday | $350 for each additional hour

  • $2,500 Saturday | $750 for each additional hour

  • $1,700 Sunday | $500 for each additional hour


Additional Fees

  • A minimum wine purchase of $500 or one case per 25 guests (Whichever is higher)

  • 18% automatic gratuity

GOLD PACKAGE
Base Fee Only (See Above)


Accommodates 50 people for up to five hours


This Package Includes -

  • Use of the facility as-is

  • 5 hours of venue access, including set-up & tear-down

  • A one-hour event consultation with your host

  • Access to the tasting room, art gallery, wine library, and covered patio

  • Cocktail-style casual seating

  • Seven buffet tables with white linens (Two 2 x 8’ tables, four 4 x 6’ tables, and one 1 x 5’ table)

  • An on-site event host for the duration of the rental

  • Wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverage service

  • Bar and service staff

  • A bluetooth sound system for broadcasting music

  • Free parking on premises

DOUBLE GOLD PACKAGE
The Base Fee Plus an Additional $500

Accommodates 80 guests cocktail-style or 40 guests formally seated
This package includes everything from the "Gold" package, plus additional amenities.


Additional Amenities -

  • Staff to prepare the facility to your specifications (Removing furniture, etc.)

  • Two one-hour event consultations with your host

  • 20 foldable white chairs for your particular use

  • Janitorial services

  • Banquet-style n/a beverage service (Including coffee, ice tea, or infused water)

  • Tri-fold privacy screens to conceal merchandise

  • A TV monitor for slide shows

BEST OF CLASS
The Base Fee, Plus an Additional $1000

Accommodates 125 guests cocktail-style or 40 guests formally seated
This package includes everything from the "Gold" and "Double Gold" packages, plus additional amenities.


Additional Amenities -

  • Full event consultation, planning, and management services

  • Catering management

  • Formal seated service coordination (Tables & chairs)

  • Linens (Colored tablecloths and napkins)

  • Place setting arrangements (Glassware, flatware, & plates)

  • Candles and votives

  • Live music arrangements (At additional cost)

  • A sound system (Speaker, microphone, & stand)

  • A champagne or sparkling cider toast

  • Staff for setup and tear-down
