About The Event
In partnership with KVMR's Celtic Festival, please join us for two lively sessions from the National Exchange Celtic Sessions Band for some of the finest traditional Celtic musicians in the county and beyond and their appreciative fans. Celtic music has had a strong presence in Nevada County for many years. KVMR will be present at both sessions selling tickets and handing out information about the upcoming Celtic Festival.

On any given night, one might see audience members jump up to dance a jig or two or join in singing classic Celtic songs such as "Red is the Rose", "The Wild Rover", and an always-moving rendition of "The Parting Glass" traditionally sung to close the evening.
P.S. You will find them every Thursday evening at the National Exchange Hotel in Nevada City from 5:00 – 8:00, and on Mondays at the Holbrooke Hotel in Grass Valley from 4:00 – 6:00.
